Ingredients
 multi-grain flour2 cups
or whole grain flour
 eggs2 whole
can use only the whites only
 almond milk1 cup
or coconut milk
 greek yogurt 1/2 cup
non-fat
 vanilla extract1 tsp
 fresh blueberries1 cup
or strawberries cut into fourths
 almond meal 1/2 cup
optional, if using, subtract this amount from the flour
 flax seeds
optional
 honey1 tbsp
optional
 coconut oil2 tbsp

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients, along with any of the optional upgrades, in a large mixing bowl. Make sure to mix the fruit in last.

Grease a muffin pan with coconut oil and pour in the batter. Bake for 25 minutes and ...voila! You have lean clean muffins!
