baked macaroni and cheese

1 lb elbow macaroni
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
6 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
cookware
  • glass baking dish or equivalent

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain the water and add the butter, salt, and pepper to the noodles. Mix thoroughly.

Evenly spread half of the noodles in the baking dish.

Evenly spread 3 cups of cheese.

Evenly spread the rest of the noodles in the baking dish.

Evenly spread the rest of the cheese.

Pour the milk so it evenly coats the bottom of the baking dish. About 1/8".

Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 50 Min.

Remove the foil and bake another 15 Min.
