Ingredients
 almond flour1 1/2 cups
 organic butter 1/4 cup
room temp
 molasses 1/3 cup
 egg1 whole
organic
 sea salt 1/4 tsp
 vanilla 1/2 tsp
 baking soda 1/4 tsp
 ginger 1/4 cup
freshly diced

cookware

large bowl
baking sheet

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Then drop the dough on a cookie sheet and bake at 375°F for 7 to 10 minutes.
Notes

You can add other ingredients as you like. Some suggestions: pumpkin, dark chocolate chips, pecans, raw shredded coconut, etc.
