pesto, but whatever pesto you have would also work.
|Preheat the oven to 400°F.|
|Tear off a piece of parchment paper slightly larger than the lavash. Rest the lavash on it.|
|Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the lavash. An offset spatula comes in really handy for this task.|
|Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza sauce.|
|Spread out the goat cheese, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes on top of the cheese.|
|Set the lavash and parchment paper directly on the rack. Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned a little bit.|
|Pull the pizza out of the oven. Cool the pizza for 2-3 minutes so that the hot cheese doesn't burn the top of your mouth. Cut the pizza into pieces and enjoy!|
