1 | Crush the honey candies in between 2 pieces of parchment paper or inside of a ziplock bag. Use a rolling pin or meat pounder. |
2 | Cut off the ends of each orange. Remove the skin and pith leaving behind only the fruit. Cut the oranges into 1/4-inch slices and arrange them on the serving dish. |
3 | Pour the honey over the oranges, then drizzle them with the olive oil. |
4 | Sprinkle the oranges with sea salt flakes and the crushed candies. Serve. |
