1 | Wash and dry the blueberries in a salad spinner. Make sure that they're dry so that they don't dilute the yogurt. Transfer the blueberries to each serving plate. |
2 | Create a well in the middle of each mound of berries and spoon in the yogurt. |
3 | Sprinkle the brown sugar over the berries and yogurt. |
4 | Garnish with mint and serve. |
