sheila's potato casserole

6 whole potatoes
large
butter
1/2 stick
3 cups grated cheese
mozzarella, cheddar or jack
4 strips bacon
salt and pepper
1 can Media Crema table cream
cookware

First, do not forget to wash your hands and the potatoes. Preheat oven at 350°F.

Slice the potatoes not too thick, not too thin.

Place sliced potatoes onto a buttered 3 x 9-inch pan.

Top potatoes with grated cheese, chopped bacon, two little squares of butter (one on each side of the pan) and salt and pepper, if desired.

Start a second layer of potatoes and repeat the process until you have used up all the potatoes. Make sure you end up with a layer of cheese on the top.

Top it off with the can of Media Crema and bake for 1 hour.
