tart, not too sweet, but strong @ the sf burritt room

4 parts vodka
1 part st. germain elderflower liqueur
1 part lemon
2 parts ginger beer

When we asked Anson from the Burritt Room to make us something tart, not too sweet, but strong, he made us this drink the night of Jin Wang’s store opening party.

Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with ice. Sample and adjust cocktail base to taste. Pour through a mesh strainer into serving glass with ice. Top with ginger beer.
