This classic Spanish recipe is so easy and so very delicious -- all you need are superlative ingredients.
Ingredients
  LMM baguette1 loaf
 garlic2 cloves
peeled
 Early Girl Tomatoes 1/2 lb
halved
 LMM olive oil2 tbsp
 sea salt1 dash

Slice the baguette in three and then halve each piece. Toast (or grill) the bread.

While the bread is toasting, halve the garlic and halve the tomatoes.

When the toast is lightly browned, rub the raw garlic on each piece of bread. Then rub the tomatoes on each piece of bread.

Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and dash of salt.
