This is a very easy recipe that can be put together ahead of time and popped in the oven when ready to eat.
|Place 2-3 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts into a baking dish.|
|Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tsps of oregano.|
|Spoon mixture over 2-3 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts.|
|Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.|
