|Pre heat oven to 350|
|Cube sweet potatoes and toss with olive oil, melted butter, minced rosemary, brown sugar, salt and black pepper.|
|Roast for 20 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.|
|When out of the oven, top with crushed, toasted walnuts.|
This method works with other root vegetables. For potatoes, use this recipe minus the sugar. For broccoli, just olive oil and finish with lemon zest. You get the idea.
