Three-Seed Gomasio

1 Tbs flaxseeds
1 Tbs sesame seeds
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1 tsp dulse flakes
1 tsp coarse sea salt
This version of gomasio has heart-supportive flaxseeds, full of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, making this a great condiment to have available. Try switching it up with different types of seaweed and seeds for various health benefits and flavor profiles.
First, grind the flaxseeds in the mortar and pestle. Once broken down, add the rest of the ingredients and grind until seeds are crushed and well combined.
