|Blot off moisture from cucumber with paper towels.|
|Toast cumin seeds for 15 seconds in a small, heavy pan over medium heat, or until aromatic.|
|In a medium bowl, stir yogurt until smooth. Stir in mint, garlic, and cumin seeds. Add cucumber and sprinkle with cayenne. Taste and adjust flavors if necessary. Chill before serving.|
