Sweet and Spicy Kale Chips
ingredients
all
2 bunches curly kale
2 small limes
juiced
4 Tbs olive oil
plus 1 tsp
6 Tbs almond butter
2 Tbs maple syrup or honey
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp sea salt
So delicious!

Cut kale into pieces no larger than 2 inches and place in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over kale. Massage and make sure leaves are coated.

Spread kale evenly on dehydrator trays at 115F overnight.

Oven option: Bake at 300F on parchment paper for an hour rotating regularly
