1 | Cut kale into pieces no larger than 2 inches and place in a large bowl. |
2 | In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over kale. Massage and make sure leaves are coated. |
3 | Spread kale evenly on dehydrator trays at 115F overnight. |
4 | Oven option: Bake at 300F on parchment paper for an hour rotating regularly |
