Flourless Chocolate Chip Cake
ingredients
all
2 15-oz black beans
3/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp almond milk
1 Tbs vanilla extract
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp stevia powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips
A healthy chocolate chip cake made of black beans. Top with your favorite sugar free ice cream for a delicious and guilt free dessert.

Set oven at 375F

Put black beans in a food processor. Set aside.

Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add oil. Set aside.

Mix dry ingredients. Put wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly. Add in the black beans

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Top with chocolate chips.

Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
