Great recipes sometimes come from happy accidents. We came up with this drink after doing a quick Google search on rosewater cocktails and making do with what we had on hand. The result was juicy, bright, and aromatic.
|st. germain elderflower liqueur||1 1/2 parts|
|Shake ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker to chill and combine. Sample and adjust ingredients to taste. Double strain into a martini glass.|
If measuring with ounces, the proportions above make two cocktails.Be careful not to use too much rosewater. It starts to taste like tart, artificial grape soda if added in excess.
