This recipe contains anti-cancer ingredients that are high in anti-oxidants like Vitamin E and Vitamin C. Rolled oats is high in fiber and the oats are fermented in yogurt overnight for greater digestibility.
|In a small saucepan, add coconut milk, cinnamon stick, and ginger. Then add combined oat-yogurt mixture. Bring to a simmer.|
|Add spices: cardamom, turmeric and cloves. Stir in for a minute.|
|Then add pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds. Cook for 1 more minute.|
|Remove cinnamon stick and stir in salt, dates and vanilla. Remove from heat.|
|Transfer to bowl and top with banana slices and pomegranates.|
