I make this when there's just enough left in the bottom of a jar of natural peanut butter. I 'eyeball' all the ingredients straight into the jar and shake it up. No dishes!
1 | Stir (or shake) all the ingredients together. |
2 | This tastes better if you allow it to sit a few hours or overnight so the flavors blend. |

Use this as a stir fry sauce, dipping sauce or to dress a cold noodle salad. It also makes a great salad dressing or sauce for making a Thai inspired wrap. Or, you could just eat it right out of the jar with a spoon ... we don't judge.
