This topping can turn any simple seasonal fruit into an amazing cobbler. You can also use it to dress up a muffin recipe, or sprinkle over baked oatmeal to take breakfast to the next level.
Ingredients
 vanilla1 tsp
 rolled oats2 cups
 almond meal1 cup
 cinnamon1 tsp
 sea salt 1/4 tsp
 whole almonds1 cup
coarsely chopped
 large flake coconut1 cup
 coconut oil 1/3 cup
 maple syrup 1/3 cup
or honey

Measure all the ingredients straight in to a large bowl.

Squish everything together with your hands until it begins to clump together.

Transfer to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes

This recipe makes more than enough for an 8x8 fruit crisp. It's great to have this on hand in the freezer for when you've got an abundance of fruit that needs to be utilized.
