This is the easiest, yet impressive, cocktail snack you could ever prepare. Our friends Catherine and Dino served this to us the last time we came over for dinner. We in turn now make it for friends when they come over. We use
Selezione's black truffle salt. It smells so good that we sometimes open the jar just to take a quick whiff. Remember to store the truffle salt in the fridge after opening.
1 | Sprinkle the serving plate with a layer of black truffle salt.

2 | Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Set them cut-side down into the serving plate. Serve with toothpicks... and cocktails. :) |
