1/4 cup steel-cut oatmeal
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
or more to taste
honey
banana
or whichever fruit you prefer, diced
slivered almonds
1 spoonful yogurt
optional
dried coconut
optional
This breakfast is fast and easy in the morning and fills us up for the day!

Combine the oatmeal, chia seeds, and milk in a glass container.

Add the peanut butter and break it up and mix with a small whisk or fork. The peanut butter doesn't need to dissolve fully ... it just needs to be distributed. Chunks of peanut butter taste great in this!

Drizzle with honey. Cover and rest overnight in the fridge.

The next morning, top with fruit and almonds. Add optional yogurt and dried coconut if desired.
