This breakfast is fast and easy in the morning and fills us up for the day!
|Combine the oatmeal, chia seeds, and milk in a glass container.|
|Add the peanut butter and break it up and mix with a small whisk or fork. The peanut butter doesn't need to dissolve fully ... it just needs to be distributed. Chunks of peanut butter taste great in this!|
|Drizzle with honey. Cover and rest overnight in the fridge.|
|The next morning, top with fruit and almonds. Add optional yogurt and dried coconut if desired.|
