This is a very flavorful beef patty made of quality ingredients that supports health.
|Put the ground beef in a collander with a plate underneath while preparing the other ingredients. Pat beef dry with a kitchen towel.|
|Peel carrots, sweet potato and ginger. Shred them in a food processor using a blade for shredding (circular plate). Or you can use a cheese grater.|
|Put all ingredients in a big bowl and mix well but do not over mix.|
|Form into patties. You can freeze some for later use.|
|Heat pan then add about 1Tbs olive oil. Cook patties 3-4 mins per side until golden brown. Flip only once. Serve with Raspberry-Chipotle sauce, lettuce wrap or your favorite burger buns.|
