Beef Patty with Raspberry-Chipotle Sauce

3 pinches Sea salt
to taste
1 lb Ground beef
lean or ground chicken
1/2 cup Shredded carrots
peeled (around 2 small size carrots)
1/2 cup Shredded sweet potato
peeled (around 1 small size sweet potato)
2 Tbs Grated ginger
or 2" peeled
1/4 cup Collard green leaves
stems removed and chiffonade (around 2 big leaves or can use kale or spinach)
3 Scallions
or 1/4 bunch chopped
2 Eggs
whisked
2 Tbs Tamari
2 tsp Fish sauce

This is a very flavorful beef patty made of quality ingredients that supports health.

Put the ground beef in a collander with a plate underneath while preparing the other ingredients. Pat beef dry with a kitchen towel.

Peel carrots, sweet potato and ginger. Shred them in a food processor using a blade for shredding (circular plate). Or you can use a cheese grater.

Put all ingredients in a big bowl and mix well but do not over mix.

Form into patties. You can freeze some for later use.

Heat pan then add about 1Tbs olive oil. Cook patties 3-4 mins per side until golden brown. Flip only once. Serve with Raspberry-Chipotle sauce, lettuce wrap or your favorite burger buns.
