2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp ginger
grated
baby bok choy
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add boy choy and soy sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until the greens are wilted and the stalks are crisp-tender.
