1 | Lay the cheese slices inside the skillet, then warm the skillet over medium heat. |
2 | Once the cheese starts to melt, add the shrimp, salsa, and scallions. Cover and cook for a few minutes. |
3 | Split and toast the brioche bun, then transfer the shrimp burger onto the bottom half of the bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and the top of the bun. |
