beretta's pamplemousse

1 part gin
1 part white grapefruit juice
could also use regular grapefruit
1/2 part lemon juice
freshly squeezed
1/2 part saint germain
1 whole basil leaf
This is a delicious, juice-forward cocktail that works well for brunch or for when you want to take it easy but still have some drinks. Adapted from a Beretta recipe that we found on Beretta is one of our favorite places in SF for drinks, pizza, and appetizers.
Combine all the ingredients except the basil leaf into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake to chill and combine.
Double strain into a double-walled glass. (Cocktails stay deliciously cold for longer in these glasses.) Spank the basil then garnish the cocktail with it.
