This is a delicious, juice-forward cocktail that works well for brunch or for when you want to take it easy but still have some drinks. Adapted from a Beretta recipe that we found on starchefs.com. Beretta is one of our favorite places in SF for drinks, pizza, and appetizers.
1 | Combine all the ingredients except the basil leaf into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake to chill and combine. |
2 | Double strain into a double-walled glass. (Cocktails stay deliciously cold for longer in these glasses.) Spank the basil then garnish the cocktail with it. |
