shiso gimlet
ingredients
all
2 barspoons yuzu marmalade
per cocktail
1/2 oz lime
freshly squeezed
3 whole shiso leaves
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz dry curacao
1 whole shiso leaf
spanked, for garnish

Whisk the yuzu marmalade with the lime juice to dissolve.

Muddle the shiso leaves with some ice into the mixture.

Add the gin and curacao, add more ice if needed, then shake to chill and combine.

Set the shiso garnish inside the serving glass, then double strain the cocktail into it. Enjoy immediately.
